Hi, I’m Rachel, a MNCPS Acc. Integrative Therapist. Finding a therapist who truly gets you shouldn't feel like another exhausting task on your to-do list. I work compassionately with all issues and I specialise in working 1:1 with neurodiverse adults and children and supporting parents of neurodiverse children. This specialism is built on a foundation of both professional training and my own lived experience of neurodiversity. I understand the unique rhythm of a neurodivergent life—the unseen effort of masking, the overwhelm of sensory processing and the struggle to fit into systems that weren't designed for you.

I believe that connection is key to the healing process and nurturing a trusting, safe relationship with you is at the core of everything I do. In our sessions, you don't have to explain or justify your experiences. I am a real person in the room with you, offering a space where you can finally relax, feel fully accepted, and be your authentic self.

I prioritise honesty, trust, and a collaborative partnership, creating a space for you to feel deeply understood and accepted. We will work together toward the goals you define, at a pace that suits you. I am here to help you move away from shoulds and toward a life of self-compassion and balance. In my therapy room difference is accepted and appreciated.
