I am a Play Therapist working with children ages 4–13 who are navigating big emotions related to anxiety, behavioural challenges, trauma, grief, neurodivergence, adoption or foster care transitions, and family changes. Many children want to feel safe, understood, and more in control of their emotions but may struggle to express themselves. Caregivers hope to see their child communicate more openly, reconnect with their strengths, and develop healthy coping skills so everyday life feels calmer, more balanced, and manageable for the whole family.
I use child-centred play therapy to create a warm, safe, and accepting space where children can express themselves naturally through play. By following their lead, I help them build emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience. I also provide guidance to caregivers to strengthen connection, understanding, and support within the family
