Hi, Thanks for taking the time to read my bio. My name is Rachel. I am a qualified integrative therapist. I am offering online, and telephone therapy. We can discuss what medium is best for you when we are in contact. As an integrative therapist my approach is to tailor my interventions to best suit your needs. This is all about YOU. Human beings are unique individuals so in order for the counselling experience to progress towards the change and growth you feel you need, I offer a bespoke experience. A little bit about me... I have almost a decade experience of having the pleasure of working as a school counsellor.
Having the opportunity to work with young people has been a real gift. A life long dream and a vocation. The transition to big school and the transition to life and all the bits in between. I am passionate about peoples ability to change and compassionate about the human condition and how we tick. This takes bravery and courage, something of integral value.
I can work with a range of presenting issues, from anxiety to low mood, relationship conflict, bullying, self esteem issues to identity to name but a few. Each persons experience is unique and what we present may not always be as it seems. What we consider is our way of coping with life and all it throws at us, may be our biggest challenge.
