I offer positive help and support with a range of issues including anxiety, relationship difficulties and career stress, and an understanding that managing meaningful personal and professional relationships can be complex. Qualified as a couple and individual psychotherapist at Tavistock Relationships, with an MSc from the Department of Organisational Psychology, Birkbeck University of London, I am able to work effectively with both couples and individuals. I have recently undertaken further training in the area of counselling for compulsive sexual behaviour.
Working as a therapist, with a focus on relationships, stress and anxiety, I offer expertise and the capacity to listen without judgement. I am able to support, question and be curious, and work together with clients to find new approaches to some of life’s problems. I offer evening, and some day time sessions online, to couples and individual clients.
