Everyone has moments of struggle in their lives, which can also prove to be important turning points.
My approach is work alongside you, to provide a thinking space, in order to discover how and where you can turn times of difficulty into a time of creative change.
I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, with over thirty years experience in the NHS. I have worked with many people suffering from a wide range of issues, such as Trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, struggles in relationships and loss.
I am an accredited CBT therapist, a qualified Group Analyst and use schema therapy to work with trauma.
I work in a collaborative, relational way, using my experience in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychotherapy, to work with you to bring about changes in symptoms such as depression and anxiety and also changes in how you relate to yourself and connect to others.
