Making the decision to come for a counselling session is the first positive step in improving your mental health.
I am a qualified counsellor with many years' experience, working with clients from all walks of life. My clients have suffered relationship issues, bereavement, anxiety and depression. In addition, I can help by offering you a natural, non-judgemental warmth and kindness combined with a strong sense of of empathy and understanding of the way you feel.
I accept everyone without blame or labels, with compassion, respect and professionalism. I do hope you come and see me because when we work together, exploring your feelings, you can become empowered to bring about changes which will help you manage the way you live your life. I offer one hour sessions at £40.00 per session and a discounted student rate.
