I specialise in working with people of all ages who are dealing with all types of distress and anxiety, from a wide range of issues. I am an integrative, compassionate counsellor who adapts to the individual, believing that no one style or type of therapy works best. I believe in being creative, open and adaptable, and my approach is varied based on the needs of the individual. I have experience of working with people with neurodiversity and the challenges that can bring.

I'm a Leeds based counsellor and clinical supervisor, accredited with the NCPS, with experience working with children and young people in the school setting with a wide range of issues. I also have experience of working with adults with many different anxiety based issues.

I have lived experience of teenage challenges and attachment difficulties, as well as managing high levels of anxiety. I'm a compassionate, curious and adaptive counsellor who believes in the unique approach to each person to help navigate challenges that life puts in our path. Someone who can offer a supportive hand along the way.
