I am an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist who has worked in mental health services for over 15 years. My expertise lies in helping people to find a path to achieving lasting change. I often work with people who feel very stuck. They may have tried many approaches to achieving lasting change, but found themselves slipping into old patterns of behaviour after a time. I offer an evidence based approach, together we will use a series of assessment sessions to develop a mutual understanding of your difficulties, and develop a plan to move forward.
I have extensive experience of working with people who have experienced trauma. I am able to offer EMDR and other forms of trauma processing therapy. My enjoy working with neurodiverse people, and I can adapt my practice to meet individuals needs. I specialise in thinking about people in their relationships with others.
