I believe therapy offers a safe, warm, non-judgemental and confidential space where people can pause, reflect, and truly be heard. It is a place to explore what feels difficult, understand yourself more deeply, and begin creating the change you desire.
I know how hard it can be to sit opposite someone and talk about the things that feel overwhelming, painful, or confusing. It takes courage. For me it’s a true privilege to build a therapeutic relationship and connection, to genuinely walk alongside my clients on their unique journeys.
As Carl Rogers said, “Change begins by being fully heard and accepted.”
I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, which means I draw on different therapeutic models to meet each client as an individual. While I am trained in approaches including CBT, attachment-informed therapy, ACT, and psychodynamic theory, my core modality is Person-Centred therapy.
This means our work is grounded in empathy, authenticity, with no judgement. I believe that healing and growth happen within a genuine, collaborative relationship, where you feel accepted and understood. The therapeutic relationship remains central, research shows it is one of the most important factors in meaningful change.
