I am an experienced leader in both the NHS and the private sector. I am now co-facilitating an online group for leaders in the healthcare environment called Strategic Leadership cycles. I have worked with a very large range of patients both within the NHS and privately with diverse issues. I can use different modalities of therapy including: psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, Mentalisation, couples, family etc I can offer a short course of treatment or work in a longer term open ended manner.
I offer a safe, compassionate and confidential space for you to explore any challenges you face, develop an increase in authentic relating to yourself and others, and increase your capacities for joy and creativity.
