I specialise in working with clients who have been exposed to trauma (including due to childhood / sexual / domestic abuse, coercive control, assault, accident, working in the emergency services or serving in the military, etc), as well as clients struggling with Problematic Pornography Use (excessive viewing, inappropriate material, affecting work/home life, etc). If you feel you are not living to your full potential, if you are struggling with your thoughts and feelings, or if you find yourself repeating unhealthy patterns, I can help you to move forward and live a happier, more fulfilling life.
I have extensive experience in working with trauma; although I work from a person-centred stance, I am also trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, hypnotherapy and psychodynamic modalities. I will listen to what has happened to you and the impact that it has had on your life and then, together, we will work to help you get your life back on track.
I have a wealth of life experience that means I will never judge you or be shocked or offended by anything you say.
