I am a PTUK certified Play & Creative Arts Therapist and certified AutPlay practitioner, based on the Buckinghamshire/Bedfordshire border. I work across areas including Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes. In individual play therapy, I create a safe space where the child feels able to explore themselves and bring about change and understanding. Through sessions together, I help the child to feel seen, heard, understood, accepted and celebrated. I have additional training in Developmental Trauma, Emotionally Based School Avoidance, Outdoor Play Therapy and Breathwork. I am also a qualified primary school teacher.

I can support children experiencing a range of difficulties, including those related to anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, emotional based school avoidance, attachment and behavioural regulation. My practice is underpinned by AutPlay, a neurodiversity affirming approach which seeks to recognise a child's strengths as they work towards therapeutic goals.
