I'm an AuDHD counsellor specialising in neurodivergence and trauma. I understand how being ND can present challenges that are often unseen, stigmatised, or internalised, causing emotional harm. I see you. I can help you with self-exploration and processing the painful experiences you no doubt have had - especially for those who are identified/diagnosed later in life. I also specialise in trauma, in particular, sexual abuse, physical abuse, and neglect in childhood. I recognise the complex deep-rooted trauma this causes. Together, we can gently explore & process the impact of abuse across the lifespan.
