I'm an experienced psychologist with a specialism of relationship therapy and couple counselling. So how's your relationship..... Have you lost your way together? Do you want to find a route back to each other? Do you want your relationship to fulfil its potential? Relationships can bring us the biggest joy and the hardest pain. But maybe these poles are not so far apart? In my experience difficulties can become opportunities to build the sort of relationship you want. One of the most loving things you can do for each other is to seek support when things have been tough.
Some people bring their partner to therapy as they want to make them change....but as many therapists will tell you the reality is we can only change ourselves. So... I can see you together if you all want to improve your relationships and take ownership for your part in difficulties OR I can see you alone if you want to look at your self in relationships
