I am Rachel Davies, a qualified counsellor with over two decades of experience in working with adults, children and adolescents. I am BACP accredited, fully DBS checked and have qualifications that include a BSc in Integrative Counselling and a PG Certificate in Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Wellbeing.

I offer traditional talk therapy alongside creativity. Play and creativity are a natural medium for children to explore their feelings and when working with children I use games, sand tray therapy and art to explore feelings and worries. Adolescents and adults can also benefit from creative thinking but I use different techniques to help older clients.
People usually seek out a counsellor when they are experiencing a problem or worry that they need support with. I have experience in working with adults and children aged 8 - 18 years and believe that the relationship is everything.
