I work with a range of clients and issues. Work can be long term, short term or somewhere in between. My focus is on assisting my client to identify the issue and anything that then needs to happen. The work is at my client's pace and I am a warm and encouraging therapist, mindful of difference and diversity. Over the past 18 years I have worked with clients from age 5 to 78, each client is unique, no therapy session is the same.
I work in an integrative model. This means I am active with my client, I ask questions, make links, suggest options or patterns. I tailor therapy to your needs and wishes and we agree a course of action. I also offer supervision to student and qualified therapists.
I consider myself a warm, empathic and experienced therapist, well grounded and open to my client's experiences. I offer a free meeting, which is a chance for you to meet me, see how I work and experience what it's like to be in a room together.
