I specialise in trauma, abuse, toxic relationship dynamics, childhood experiences, sexual issues, intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and addiction. My approach is person-centred, meaning therapy is guided by your needs and experiences. I offer a safe, environment where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore whatever is troubling you at your pace.
