There are moments in our lives when the difficulties we face can feel too much. We feel like we can’t manage them alone, even with partners, relatives or friends. Counselling can offer the opportunity to unburden ourselves and explore our issues in a supportive, confidential environment. Sharing our feelings, being really heard and accepted can enable a deeper understanding of ourselves and other people. Over time, the process can become a way to unearth our innate potential and discover future possibilities.
I work soulfully and creatively; drawing on different counselling approaches; psychodynamic, transpersonal, relational, person centred, allowing me to be flexible to your personal needs. I hold these approaches within a wider cultural, political and planetary perspective and how these may be influencing your health and well being.
Working soulfully, I understand that your pain and wounding can also be a gateway to a profoundly deeper sense of yourself. Opening yourself to counselling can feel daunting, it can also be immensely rewarding. I will build a supportive relationship with you where you can explore yourself safely at your own pace.
