It can feel unsettling when you start counselling, but I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where we can explore together the issues or concerns that bring you to therapy. At the core of my practice is the belief that no two people’s experiences or needs are the same. I meet each of my clients where they are at and tailor their counselling experience to them. I can use a variety of techniques in my practice including CBT tools, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches and hypnotherapy. I have a collaborative relationship with my clients where we decide together which counselling methods we will use to reach your goals.

I can support my clients with a wide range of issues including:
Bereavement, grief, and loss.
Stress, anxiety and depression.
Relationship struggles.
Self-esteem and personal growth.
Supporting Carers.
Neurodiversity - I have both professional and personal experience of ADHD, Autism and AuDHD and offer an inclusive and affirming space.
I offer a safe and supportive service where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings with confidence. I offer a free, no-obligation, 15-minute initial consultation to help you decide whether what I provide is right for you. Please feel free to contact me via email or telephone to discuss further.
