Hello, I'm Rachael. There could be many reasons why you’re looking for therapy. It could be due to a particular issue that feels clear to you or a number of issues that are troubling or causing distress; perhaps you’re experiencing a general sense of discontent or unease that’s more difficult to describe. Whatever brings you, I aspire to provide a consistent and safe environment where we can explore what’s most relevant for you and at your pace. If you would like to talk further about sessions, please feel free to contact me. Following that, we can arrange an initial session to discuss how you would like to use our time together.

By working with me in our sessions, you're welcome to explore whatever you wish in an environment where the need for acceptance and expressing vulnerability, in any form, is prized and received with warmth. Through taking time to explore what’s troubling you, you may feel more settled and accepting towards yourself with a deeper connection towards others.
Over the years, I’ve been privileged to work with clients of differing ages, genders, sexualities (or none), ethnicities, abilities/disabilities, nationalities and social-cultural backgrounds plus those who hold religious beliefs or no belief. Through this, I hold strong experience of working with the diverse and unique issues that bring people to therapy.
