I am a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, accredited through the BABCP. I have been working within the NHS from 2009-2024 within mental health talking therapies services. Most recently I left my role as a clinical lead for NHS Talking Therapies service in Gloucester. I am experienced working within a variety of mental health presentations and support clients to work towards understanding of their difficulties, supporting progress towards valued goals. I offer evidence based interventions. Also training as an ADHD coach.
I am a CBT therapist with a special interest in ADHD. I have been working in private practice for 2 years, full time for over a year. I am passionate about developing understanding, support and resources related to ADHD and neurodivergence. I have completed and continue to access various training and supervision specific to ADHD.
