Hi there! I'm Rachael and I'm a fully qualified pluralistic counsellor. I offer a safe space either in-person or online to explore, understand and ease the difficulties that you are currently experiencing, in a personalised and empathetic way. We will work together at every stage and you can trust that I will be there for you. I am experienced in a wide range of presenting issues, so if you need to get off 'the treadmill of life' for an hour or so a week to give yourself the space to work through your problems, I'd be happy to support you on your journey. I work with adults, uni students and teenagers. I am fully DBS checked.
Being pluralistic means all support is tailored to your needs and desired outcomes. We will always work through these at your pace, when you are ready. I am ASC friendly and highly experienced with issues such as anxiety, stress, exam pressures and overwhelm for adults and young people, as I worked in education for over 20 years before becoming a counsellor.
