I understand that sometimes life feels too difficult . You might be having some trouble in a relationship, feel unhappy or stressed at work, or perhaps something from your past is affecting your life today. Whatever it is, I provide a safe, warm place in which you can talk things through in confidence, where you will be listened to with compassion, understanding and without judgement. I believe in the power of relationship: building a relationship with you where trust and acceptance facilitate open communication about the things that are troubling you. I offer face to face counselling in Chippenham or via video, telephone & IM.
I specialise particularly in relationship issues, infidelity, divorce or anything else that may have arisen for you. However, I will work with you to explore any difficulty and have a wide range of experience. I am committed to helping you explore your difficult thoughts and feelings to find a way to feel better and experience life differently.
I offer short term and long term counselling with both individuals and couples. With a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, I work as an integrative therapist. This means I draw on the Person-Centred approach and use Psychodynamic theory to work collaboratively with you to improve your mental and emotional well-being.
