I work with individuals and offer couples therapy.
I work using an Integrative approach, which draws on a number of theories and primarily work from a relational perspective. I specialise in both goal orientated, long term and short term solution focused therapy. I offer a safe, confidential and non judgemental space where we can explore whatever you may be struggling and am committed to supporting you.
I have had the privilege of working with clients from broad and diverse arenas in the NHS, Universities and in the private practice sector; exploring a plethora of issues and working together towards better mental, emotional and physical well-being.
