Hi, I'm Tina. I've been fortunate enough to have worked in mental health for nearly 15 years. I have always known I would work in a caring profession since I was young. mental health and supporting people to understand why their minds work in the manner they do has always felt natural and important to me. My roles have included working in NHS, CAMHs and Adolescent services, Forensic, Veterans and the Private Sector.
I'm trained in CBT, DDP and DBT. I have developed skills in Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I'm able to treat most Anxiety problems - Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, OCD, GAD and Specific Phobias. I have trained to treat Depression and Mood Disorders. My specialities are Trauma, PD Neurodevelopmental Disorders
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgmental experience from the start of contact to the end of the therapy. I pride myself on supporting each person as an individual however I follow strict confidentiality and safeguarding rules of ethics.
