About
We are a team of professional counsellors working online and in-person. Our practice is located in Purley. We offer a confidential service and work across a broad spectrum of emotional difficulties including anxiety, depression, stress, loss, low self-esteem, workplace issues, life events and relationship issues. It may be that you already know why you might need counselling or maybe you just know that all is not well with you. Whether you are thinking of coming to counselling at a time of crisis, or just wondering what counselling can offer you, we'd be delighted to speak with you and answer any questions that are important to you.
Our aim is to listen and not judge. Our approach is to create an honest understanding of your issues and find ways to support you. Whatever you are experiencing we can work with you to broaden your awareness, offer different perspectives, and begin a process to tackle difficult life events. Whatever your circumstances, you do not need to do this alone.
Counselling is one of the best things you can do to help yourself emotionally. Contacting us is the first step in that process. As counsellors we are rewarded to see our clients come out of the grip of anxiety, depression and other set backs and begin to live fuller lives.
