I’m PuiSum, a qualified counsellor, and I offer a supportive space for you to process your thoughts, experiences, and feelings. Everyone is unique, and I do not reduce individuals to a list of ‘issues.’ However, I have supported individuals navigating themes such as anxiety & depression, bereavement, trauma, (childhood/intergenerational), cultural identity/migration, existential questioning
gender identity/sexuality, relationships/ family difficulties, neurodiversity.
My approach is Integrative and Transpersonal (Psychosynthesis), seeing you as more than your struggles to connect with purpose and meaning. I offer an Intersectional and Anti-Oppressive space where all parts of you are held with empathy, care, and curiosity. My practice is fundamentally affirmative.
