Helping you to find new perspectives and insight can encourage healthy changes in your emotions ,thoughts and behaviours.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and I tailor to each person according to their needs and may draw on Humanistic and CBT principles. I specialize in all forms of abuse counselling especially with complex trauma.
Issues that you may wish to explore may include the following: Depression , anxiety , stress, bereavement , relationships , self-esteem , confidence , trauma , abuse , eating , work-related , mental health problems, health-related issues.
