As an experienced therapist with a background in journalism and teaching, good communication is at the heart of my work.

Personalised attention starts with the Initial Consultation where we meet and get to understand the issues. Please note, I work exclusively with a purposely small client base. I take time to research and plan each unique client appointment with care. In some cases, I may need to offer a referral to another professional who might be better placed to help.
