Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist for couples and individuals on online and in Essex. I am often called a sex therapist and work with couples and individuals experiencing difficulties with sex, intimacy and communication. I offer sessions via Zoom and in-person in Essex. You may be dealing with low desire, painful sex, erection or arousal difficulties, porn-related concerns, affairs, or growing distance in your relationship. I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk openly and to develop practical strategies to move forward.

I am trained in both relationship therapy and psychosexual therapy, so we can look at emotional, relational and physical aspects together. I frequently support couples in crisis, including after infidelity, desire mismatch or long periods without sex.

I previously worked as a Psychosexual Therapist with Relate and have supported NHS, Royal Air Force and University of Cambridge clients. My background in journalism and teaching means clear and sensitive communication is central to my work. I offer a free 15-minute introductory call. My fees are competitive and transparent.
