Many of us can be our own harshest critic...never feeling good enough, never feeling as if we are "enough", not wanted or unloveable...these thoughts understandably have a big impact on our wellbeing and day to day functioning. It's not just you that feels this way - many of us struggle with these thoughts and feelings at times, but particularly if we've experienced adversity or trauma, this may have become the "norm" in the way we think about ourselves. But this can change. And when we start to think about ourselves and relate differently to ourselves, the world feels like a much better place!
I specialise in working with adults and my approach is multi-model, flexible and person led, often working on understanding and overcoming adversity and trauma from the past in order to develop a better relationship with ourselves. I offer face to face, online and also "walk and talk" sessions which is therapy on the move.
