Hello and welcome to my profile. Are you having difficulty with issues in your life and would like the opportunity to talk confidentially? Problems can be extremely painful to talk about so I facilitate you to work through them to help you identify and integrate coping skills. I have a very broad understanding of life, have training in advanced trauma and will help you with self regulation and ways to manage PTSD and C-PTSD. I can also help if you experience pain and wish to alleviate it. I am BACP accredited and can work with Counsellors in Training. I am also a Supervisor in Training and can facilitate Supervisees £50 per hour.
I offer a listening ear, kindness, helpfulness and ways to cope using a number of modalities to include integrative counselling, mindfulness and meditation, CBT, coaching, comparison work, art, music, movement, global thinking and nature therapy. I work to build a one on one relationship and consider the various facets of your person and self.
I genuinely want to help you, am non-judgemental and accepting. I love working with people from many different backgrounds, am humanitarian, mature yet youthful and feel it important to help others. I hope that you will feel safe in my practice with me, that you can work on any issues you have and that together we can find ways for you to cope with life.
