You may feel anxious, depressed, stuck or confused. This may seem overwhelming; we can work through this together. I offer compassion and understanding, giving you a safe space to gain insight and relief, without being judged. Greater contentment is achievable for you.
I aim for you to be at ease, listening as you explain, at your pace, what is going on for you. We will gently explore what impacts on how you feel and think, both past and present. As things become clearer you are likely to feel better able to cope and consider future steps. We can face this together, in your preferred way, no matter how difficult it seems.
I work from a private room in Leyland, Lancashire. There is wheelchair access. It's located on a bus route, with a train station a 20-minute walk away. Car parking is available.
