I am a fully qualified and registered psychotherapist and supervisor working with adults, adolescents and relationships. Sometimes life can be challenging, we can feel lost or stuck or that we have no control over what is happening. Counselling can provide vital relief. I work with both adults and children, having over 20 years' experience of working with young people and adolescents. I'v also worked with bereaved clients for 10 years. The aim of psychotherapy is to explore the issues you are experiencing, looking at your thoughts and feelings. enabling you to have long-lasting change and help guide you in the future.
