I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Supervisor with over 10 years of experience working in Psychology. Alongside my practice, I work as a CBT Tutor at the London CBT training centre, and with SABP Education department. I work collaboratively with my clients using evidence-based methods to help them understand how unhelpful ways of thinking and behaving may be contributing and maintaining their difficulties.
Based on a bespoke formulation that allows deeper understanding of your difficulties, I will work with you to break out of unhealthy cycles of anxiety and depression. I am passionate about working with patients holistically, and place an emphasis on how nutrition, exercise, sleep and relaxation can contribute to mood.
