My therapy offers couples and individuals a safe space in which to reflect on and discuss concerns, explore different perspectives and consider ways to resolve difficulties. Difficulties, to name a few may relate to committing to a relationship, moving in together, communication breakdown, not feeling valued and heard, infidelity, separation, divorce, sudden illness and life stages. Sexual problems like vaginismus, pain on penetration, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, one partner wanting more sex than the other could also impact the relationship.
I am a highly qualified experienced Individual and Couple Relationship and Psychosexual Psychotherapist. I am trained in these three modalities - systemic, psychodynamic and psychosexual. Depending on the problem I use skills from these modalities.
Therapy is a process of self-exploration to learn about yourself and gain an understanding of how your thoughts, words and actions could be affecting you and your relationships. I offer a warm, safe, confidential and neutral space that will make this journey feel safe and secure for you.
