I fully understand how challenging life can be at times, and sometimes things can feel overwhelming. Our worries can create feelings of anxiety and depression, which can in turn make us feel isolated, alone and misunderstood. Having a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to talk through whatever is on your mind can be incredibly powerful in enabling you to unburden and begin to heal. By being truly listened to, perhaps for the first time, I believe you can start to make sense of your experiences and find solutions to whatever is troubling you.

Asking for help is not easy and if you have not experienced counselling before you may find your self asking the question, do i need counselling?
