Positive psychology therapy derives from the work of Martin Seligman of the University of Pennsylvania. He and others developed the field of positive psychology building on humanistic theory. What should I expect from positive psychology therapy?

Discussing negative experiences and symptoms is important, but so is the exploration of positive experiences.
