I am a highly qualified Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist, A Psycho-sexual and Relationship Therapist and an Addictions Specialist who helps individuals, couples, families and groups gain the psychological awareness to improve health and well-being.
I work with anxiety, stress and depression; more structured and goal orientated focus with addictions, namely drugs, alcohol and sex. I also work with psycho-sexual and relationship matters, including sexual dysfunction, sex addiction, intimacy and communication difficulties and general problems in relationships.
My approach to psychotherapy is influenced by my own eventful and often challenging life experiences; which gives me deeper empathy and insight into people' problems, past and present, and a greater understanding of why particular behaviours are adopted and used as coping mechanisms.
