Are you feeling "how do I deal with this" or "how can I change things" and you just don't know where to start.........then I can help. Counselling can make a huge difference to how you live your life. People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons and you're certainly not alone if you are finding making the first move quite daunting. I provide a quiet, safe space where you can freely discuss your fears, worries, hopes and dreams without judgement. This will allow you to gain a greater understanding of where you are now, where you want to be and how to get there.
I am experienced in working with a broad range of issues such as low mood, depression, low self esteem, unhealthy eating and drinking patterns and the complexities of relationships and family life. I also work with Cruse, the bereavement charity, supporting clients with their grief.
It may be that you have a specific problem that you want to tackle or you may just feel that your life could be better - either way, we can work together to make positive changes in your life.
