It’s hard to be human. Sometimes we all need a bit of help. A place to take stock. I am a UKCP Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, Internal Family Systems Therapist and EMDR Practitioner- practicing for 14 years. I passionately believe in your ability to facilitate your own recovery through support, creative processes and evidence based trauma approaches within a safe, down to earth relationship. I also offer Clinical Supervision.
