As a Counselling Psychologist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches to support you on your healing journey. Every therapeutic encounter is unique, which is why I tailor our work to your individual needs and preferences. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, with a deep awareness of the specific challenges that can arise from past or ongoing trauma. Through both clinical and personal experience, I understand how trauma can affect your sense of self, your safety in the world, and the ways you’ve learned to cope.
My focus is to provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I’ll work collaboratively with you to consider what therapy can offer and how we can move toward your goals together. My role is to provide support, understanding, and professional guidance throughout this process.
