We are a BACP Accredited Counselling Service with a large team of friendly and experienced counsellors. Whether there’s a specific challenge you’re facing, or you just aren’t feeling yourself right now, our counsellors work with you in a safe, confidential space It might be that you are struggling with anxiety, feeling low, grieving, or experiencing distressing thoughts. Or you may be looking to move forward and achieve your goals. Face-to-face counselling in Cardiff & Swansea or remote sessions. Our counsellors can work with individuals, couples and children.
Our counsellors use many different types of talking therapies. These include things like cognitive behaviour therapy, or relationship counselling. If you’re not sure what type of counselling would be best for you, that’s OK – we start by working that out together. The first step is to book an assessment to find the right counsellor for you.
As well as English many of our qualified counsellors can speak a diverse range of languages including Bengali, German, Greek, Hindi, Norwegian, Polish, Urdu and Welsh. We are part of Platfform the charity for mental health and social change. All our profits are reinvested into Platfform to support community projects.
