I take a humanistic and holistic approach to support you. Your thoughts, feelings, how you perceive the world around you and how you've been shaped by your experiences will hopefully you a better understanding of who you are. I believe we are all unique, and whilst theories and studies are a wealth of knowledge and information to help guide us in our work.
