Perhaps you’re struggling with low self-worth, people-pleasing, overwhelm or a harsh inner critic.
You may find yourself losing yourself in relationships, constantly putting other people’s needs before your own or questioning your feelings, decisions and sense of self.
Many of the people I work with have spent years adapting to meet the expectations of others while losing touch with their own needs, values and voice.
Making themselves smaller, quieter, getting validation from approval or doing well at work… avoiding conflict at all costs.
I can help you to feel seen, heard and understood - perhaps for the first time.
In therapy, we’ll untangle the patterns of people-pleasing and childhood experiences to help you reconnect with your own needs and values to find your voice. In our sessions, you'll learn to develop self-acceptance and self-compassion, and acquire tools to help you set boundaries and prioritise living in alignment with your beliefs and values.
My aim is to help you discover your sense of purpose and belonging and learn to put yourself first... without so much guilt. It's about helping you reconnect with your true self, the one that you were before the world told you who you "should" be.
