| Polski I am an experienced integrative therapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist specializing in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions—including pornography addiction—eating disorders, and compulsive behaviours. My practice provides a safe, confidential, and supportive environment to help you explore your challenges and work towards self-acceptance and meaningful change.
I also work with couples and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am mindful of how cultural identity and life transitions impact mental health, and I aim to offer an inclusive, respectful, and understanding space for all.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs. I believe that a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective therapy. With a Master’s degree in Systemic Therapy, an Honours degree in Integrative Approach, and a Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, I bring extensive training and expertise to our work.
Beyond private practice, my clinical experience includes working with the NHS as an addiction therapist and supporting survivors of domestic abuse. I am passionate about fostering positive change and helping you gain clarity, resilience, and the tools to achieve a fulfilling life.
