Phoenixs Counselling is here to support you through all of lives ups & downs, whether its exam stress or the loss of a loved one, I am here to support you through these times. I have lived experience of neurodiversity & as a peadiatric nurse I have supported young people & their families in a variety of different ways.

I offer a calm & relaxing space for you to go at your own pace & in your own time. There is no pressure, the session is your safe place to talk about what you want to talk about. I work with long & short term clientle, the choice is always yours as to how much or how little you want to do.
