| 中文 I am an integrative Counsellor and a Grief Educator trained in IFS and CBT with a background in Nursing. I provide short-term and long-term (open-ended) counselling to adults, age over 18. In-person counselling is located in Burley, New Forest. Remote sessions can take place via Zoom, WhatsApp and phone call. You may feel apprehensive about choosing the right counsellor for the issues you wish to deal with. I offer a free 20 minute session to chat with me via WhatsApp or Zoom. The therapy is trauma informed and attachment focused. It’s an integration of Humanistic Counselling, IFS, CBT and Mindfulness, with the approach of Compassionate Inquiry and Somatic Therapy. I specialise in Grief, Unexpected/Tramatic child loss, Women's Trauma, Legacy Burdens, Anxiety, Eating Disorders, OCD and End of life .
In therapy with me, you will be able to offload in a safe and confidential space with no judgement. We will establish your sense of safety and self-authenticity first, before processing your difficult feelings. I will walk side by side with you. We will face your challenges together, we will make sense of them together and we will heal your wound together.
