I work with Mental health and completed my initial training at the Greenwich university and Mind dealing with a range of mental health issues.
I also volunteered with the Samaritans and have a vast amount of exposure to suicidal ideation, self harm eating disorders and many more
I trained with Place 2 Be and work with young adults in a school setting
