I am a client lead counsellor, which means your needs are at the centre of our sessions so they are tailor made and as unique as you. I offer a variety of therapies, including person centred and cognitive behavioural therapy. I have experience of working with a range of adults, young people and children.
I understand taking that first step in seeking help is hard, but working with someone can help. I offer a quiet, safe, confidential space where we can work together on the issues that matter to you.
